# Сan't download the report («Download PDF» button doesn't work) | Diagnocat Help Center

  

Generating a report for printing / downloading after pressing the button takes an average of 20-40 seconds, if nothing happens after this time, you need to:

**1.** Press the key combination Ctrl + P

**2.** In the window that appears, select "Printer" --\> "Save as PDF"
