# 2. Clinic Managers: Account Setup

## In this lesson, you’ll learn how to set up your Diagnocat account, focusing on initial configurations and user management.

**Key Points:**

1. **Accessing Diagnocat**: 
     - Recommended browser: Google Chrome.
     - Visit diagnocat.com, select your region, and log in with your email and password.
2. **Account Settings**: 
     - Navigate to ‘Settings’ by clicking on your account name in the top right corner.
     - Enter and update your clinic’s mailing information under the ‘Information’ tab.
     - Set the ‘Dental Notation Format’ to ISO for consistency.
3. **Organization Details**: 
     - Enter your clinic’s information under the ‘Organization’ tab.
     - Upload your office logo to appear on patient reports.
4. **User Management**: 
     - Create individual logins for each dentist by clicking ‘Add Doctor’ and entering their details.
     - Send invitations for dentists to set up their passwords and access their accounts.
5. **Account Overview**: 
     - Review your account details and utilization statistics.

By the end of this lesson, you’ll be proficient in setting up and managing your Diagnocat account effectively.
