# 3. Clinic Administrators: Patient Reports

## In this lesson, you’ll learn how to use Diagnocat’s Patient Reports for various administrative tasks, including sending reports to insurance companies and referring patients to specialist doctors.

**Key Points:**

1. **Focusing on Specific Teeth**: 
     - Use the ‘Choose Region of Interest’ feature to select a specific tooth and save your selection.
2. **Adding Doctor’s Conclusions**: 
     - After a doctor approves the diagnosis, add their conclusions and attach any relevant images.
3. **Generating and Printing Reports**: 
     - Print a signed report once approved by the doctor, generating a comprehensive PDF that includes all necessary information and the doctor’s signature.
     - Change the report language using the option at the top.
4. **Using Reports for Team Collaboration**: 
     - Utilize reports during team huddles to discuss upcoming treatments and insurance claims.
     - Collaborate with your team to help patients fit needed treatments into their budgets.
5. **Important Notes**: 
     - An unsigned Patient Report cannot be considered a medical diagnosis and must be approved by the attending dentist.

By the end of this lesson, you’ll be proficient in using Diagnocat’s Patient Reports to enhance administrative efficiency and support patient care.
